A few solutions have been suggested for the body panels. Injection moulding was discounted on tooling costs grounds. Wet layup glass panels were discounted on health and safety grounds. Aluminium or steel panels are the suggested direction.

The possibility of using canvas or other durable fabric in certain area should be considered.
